Kirsche

Material:
Cherrywood. This wood is always a pleasure to carve. Cherry has such a gorgeous colour and a strong grain. This particular piece comes from a local source, and was given to me by a friend as a Birthday present. Definately a much appreciated present. The colouring of the Hair and Eyes is very much an experiment: maybe it gives a clearer charachter to the figure. Opinions please.
